A Wife!

“A Wife!”

“He who finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favor from the LORD” (Prv 18:22). ♥️🙏🏾 Abraham sent his servant to his home country to find a wife for his son, Isaac. The servant prayed, “When I arrive in my master’s homeland, may a young woman give me a drink and also offer water for my ten camels. Then I will know she is the one You have chosen for Isaac.” Rebekah, a beautiful virgin, came and gave Abraham’s servant water—and she also watered all ten of his camels (Gen 24). Rebekah drew about 30 gallons of water per camel, for a total of around 300 gallons. Let us never forget:

“The LORD will send a blessing on your barns and on everything you put your hand to” (Dt 28:8). Almighty God, let husband and wives never forget that their partners are God sent blessings, who might have camels to water! Bless, the work of couples’ hands, and keep their communication commitments, and love ever fresh.
