“About Midnight”

“About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God...” (Acts 16:25) ♥️🙏🏾 “Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer” (Rom 12:12).

Let us not allow fear and doubt in times of adversity to overcome our faith. Stand strong, and “At midnight, I rise to praise you” (Ps 119:62).

Knowing that, “The Lord is at hand; do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God” (Phil 4:5-6). No matter the time or the hour, give praises unto God! Don’t let the darkness of the midnight hour cause your heart to fear.

At midnight, we can choose to sing praises to God with thanksgiving, rather than allowing fear and doubt to be our portion. Since we know that we are “kept by the power of God,” where can we go from His presence? He is the all-wise and all-knowing God! 🙌🏾
