Enemies!

“Enemies!”

“If my people would only listen to me, if Israel would only follow my ways, how quickly I would subdue their enemies and turn my hand against their foes” (Psalm 81:13–14). ♥️ Almighty God, I do not have the strength to contend with my enemies—but You do!” Contend, O Lord, with those who contend with me;(Ps 35:1). And Lord, you thought it was not robbery to subdue my enemies and “fight with those who fight against me” (Ps 35:1)! Lord Jesus, all power, and might are your gifts to us, when we need them most! The Spirit helps us in our weakness. “We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans” (Rom 8:26).
