Father!

“Father!"

“…You will be the father of many nations” (Gen 17:4–5). ♥️🙏🏾

Abram’s wife, Sarai, was unable to bear children, so she gave her servant Hagar to Abraham as a wife, hoping to have a child through her (Gen 16:1). Hagar had a baby—and Sarah created a problem. Eventually, Sarah sent Hagar away with the child. It took 25 years for Sarah to give birth to the child of promise. At that time, Sarah was 90, and Abraham was 100 years old.

“Be anxious for nothing, but in everything, by prayer and supplication let your requests be made known to God” (Phi 4:6). “Is anything too hard for the Lord?” (Gen 18:14) Heavenly Father, let me never put limits upon You! Lord you are limitless God and You alone meet people at their point of need—not according to their schedule, but according to Yours! Help me, Lord, to wait in faith and stand strong upon Your every promise!
