Forget

“Forget!”

“Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing” (Isa. 43:18–19).♥️ 🙏🏾 Moses was a murderer, Abraham lied about his wife, David killed a man, so he could take his wife. Samson was controlled by his flesh, and Rahab was a prostitute — yet all of them are listed in the Hall of Faith. God forgives. He sent His Son, Jesus, who made the ultimate sacrifice — His life for our sins. The Word says, “…their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.” (Heb. 10:17) Almighty God, thank You for forgiveness. Now help me to forgive and forget my past hurts, letting go of my pain and embarrassments as I embrace Your loving forgiveness.
