Moses!

“Moses!”

Pharaoh was trying to kill all the Hebrew baby boys—first at birth, and later by having them thrown into the Nile River. While bathing, his daughter opened a basket in the river and saw a baby boy. He was crying, and she felt sorry for him. She said, “This is one of the Hebrew children” (Ex 2:5). She named him Moses, meaning “I drew him out of the water” (Ex 2:7). “In the course of time, Moses grew up in Pharaoh’s house” (Ex 2:11). ♥️🙏🏾 Almighty God, You took Moses's enemy, Pharaoh, and made him his provider and protector. The Lord can make “our enemies a footstool for our feet” (Ps 110:1).
