Stars!

“Stars!”

Joseph said, “I had another dream, and this time the sun, moon, and eleven stars were bowing down to me.” His brothers were jealous of him, but his father kept the matter in mind” (Gen 37:9–11). ♥️🙏🏾

“For where jealousy and selfish ambition exist, there will be disorder and every evil practice” (Ja 3:16). Joseph’s brothers tried to destroy him—but if God is for you, you cannot be defeated! Joseph saw all his brothers as stars. Instead of becoming jealous and worrying about Joseph’s power and position, they should have used godly wisdom to polish their own stars. Those who are wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens…” (Daniel 12:3).
