Tongue!

“Tongue!”

“My soul is in the midst of lions; I lie down amid fiery beasts—the children of man, whose teeth are spears and arrows, whose tongues are sharp swords” (Psa 57:4). ♥️🙏🏾 “No human being can tame the tongue. It is a restless evil, full of deadly poison” (Ja 3:8).

Let me never forget that the Lord “shall send from heaven and save me from the reproach of him that would swallow me up. God shall send forth His mercy and His truth” (Psa 57:3).

Almighty God, You alone are faithful to forgive, and to prepare your people for the onslaught of those who speak evil against them! You Lord Jesus, can take the hateful words, lies, misinformation and distortion of truth that comes from the enemies’ tongue and turn them into a roomful of blessing.
