Tormented!

“Tormented!”

In Gerasenes, a tormented man possessed by many spirits met Jesus. Though chained, he broke free and suffered day and night. The spirits, called Legion, begged Jesus not to torment them and were sent into nearby pigs, which then drowned (Mk 5:1–12). ♥️🙏🏾

Jesus has power over all that is seen and unseen. By His great mercy, He restores right minds and right spirits, renews hope, and heals hearts. No longer do tormenting words—spoken by others, whispered by our own minds, or spoken behind our backs—have power to control our lives. In Christ, we are made whole. Stand firm in this truth: “Nothing is too hard for God” (Jer. 32:17).
