“World!”

“Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in them.” (1 John 2:15) ♥️🙏🏾 Christ knew the battles Believers would face against the spirit of flesh the god of this world. That’s why He gave us His power, his gift of his precious Holy Spirit and encouragement: “In the world you will have tribulation. But be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.” (John 16:33) Because Christ overcame the world, we can overcome it too through faith:

“For everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith.” (1 John 5:4)

“Yes, God, I believe!” (John 11:27)
