Tell Her to Help!

“Tell Her to Help!”

When Martha opened her home to Jesus, she grew overwhelmed: “Lord, don’t you care that my sister has left me to do the work by myself? Tell her to help me!” (Lk 10:40). ♥️🙏🏾

Jesus lovingly replied, “Martha, Martha, you are worried about many things, but few things are needed, indeed only one. Mary has chosen what is better” (Lk 10:41-42). To the exhausted, hard-working "Marthas?” receive this prayer: May God strengthen you with power through His Spirit in your inner being, filling you with all the fullness of God (Eph 3:16-19).

Faith in Jesus empowers us! Through Him, we can truly do all things (Phil 4:13). Know that the heavy-hearted Martha who arrived at Lazarus's tomb was not the same faith-filled, empowered woman who left with her brother restored to life. She witnessed the God of all possibilities do the impossible!
